Tren Ecuador

On Thursday we got to on the Tren Ecuador which goes from Riobamba to Urbina ( or paramo del Chimborazo)

This guy is the son of a man who goes to the Chimborazo (volcano) every week and gets ice to sell to the markets......this ice cream is made from that ice ....bringing Ice from el Chimborazo has been their line of work all their life ...
